Weez, they are being a bit dramatic. Yes, some people can get taken in, but even when I was playing EQ seriously, I still finished university with no problems, had a long distance relationship, didn't gain any extra weight that I wouldn't have anyway going to university, kept a full time job and now I'm married to my longtime sweetheart and have a baby girl.
MMO's are not the end of your life...
