Actually, considering the places where missionaries activate, it's really accept their help or die. It's quite easy to send your child to a school that also doesn't function as a religious propaganda institution. I know for sure I wouldn't (quite frankly I don't know why a non-Catholic would send their child there).
People should look harder at why those schools succeed (it sure ain't the religious indoctrination though).
