Now reading Revolutionar Road by Richard Yates. The writing seems superb so far.

Is it the book that the movie starring Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCapprio was based on?

Yes it is. It is on Time's list of top 100 novels of all time for whatever that is worth.

Meh, I wouldn't trust Time. Anyways, is the book any good?

I'm only 1/3 the way through and I'm hooked. The writing more than the story is captivating. Its about a young married couple in the 50's living in a boring suburban hell and trying to break free.

Well, the story doesn't seem very original, but I'm glad more people are writing about the hell that is suburban living.
