Anyways, I'm not concerned even a bit about that memos and request. The government has to be in some control over situation. What is much more disturbing and important to me is that they are poisoning Pacific Ocean with their nuclear wastes which the nucler operator didn't want to recycle for decades out of greed. OK, I read Dogs and Demons book afterall and understand how japanese govs and business work so this case is totally in line with their usual way of solving things. But this time it's not like their own problem only, they are giving poison to all the Oceania and American coast!
Yes they have been through all those catastrophic events, their economy is hurt and they can't even use the Treasury notes because US "not recommend" them to. I fully understand and feel for them! They do not want those very huge costs to utilize the wastes (which now is becoming mandatory due to events and publicity) so they deciced to use Fukushima disaster as simple excuse and "write off" the wastes to the ocean? It's no different from what like some embezzlers using fire events for. Why WE all should pay the price for their own greed and failures? Why American media so silent about this, what's national interest here? Is it some sort of agreement to keep Japs from selling US debt? I don't know surely why, but this is so sick and wrong :
