2. Yeah, Hitler was also elected democratically. Guess Hungarians are getting what's coming to them.
3. Yes, but this time the Constitution specifically says it cannot be modified. Essentially any modification will be deemed unconstitutional.

3) In the soviet Union the (hungarian) population also could not change the laws still they did it and created an constitution..I am pretty sure if the majority wants it they can change it...it sounds absurd
