Yes, it was in Sony's best interest to waste millions suing a kid that didn't even hack it in the first place. Not to mention that your argument is double sided. If Sony's case was so strong then why they give it up, huh? As well as dropping the ones on Graf_Chokolo and company... Sony wanted ot leave this whole mess behind them as fast as they could. It's bad press going after kids.
