Is it just me or is anybody else having issues with PSN?

been struggling to get on and stay on PSN as of recently.

its like a on and off thing sometimess i get on sometimes id dont..

when it wobt get log in i  i keep  getting  the error code 80710092

anybody else xxperiencing this?
