Yea, most PS3 exclusives have little to no load times. Which is quite impressive since they are the ones that are more graphically impressive. I think if Sony sticks with Blu-ray for another gen then we can kiss load times good bye almost completely. And there will probably be less need for large 5-10 GB installs. Here's a chart to illustrate my point:

Right now the PS3 has a 2x drive, which is just a little bit faster than a 12x DVD drive's minimum read speed. But if Sony goes with a 6x drive for the PS4, they would be practically doubling the speed of a 12x DVD drive. And really there is nothing that could stop them from going higher, including price. Samsung already has a 12x Blu-ray drive that Newegg is offering for $70. Prices will undoubted fall even farther in 1-2 years, a time when Sony will most likely be starting to manufacture the PS4.
