Well the short version is we were best friends at the time and she already knew I liked someone, she just didn't know who. When I finally told her it was her she figured I was just joking around as I normally did. So when she said "no seriously... who?" and laughed it off I was kind of shaken. When I said it again she still didn't believe me.... I had to convince her that I wasn't lying... not a good way to have that go. Not only did she not feel the same way, but having laughed about it and not believing me until I reiterated it 3 times definitely made things even more awkward for her.

I haven't been quite the same since my ordeal with her. One thing hasn't changed though, I still don't know when to stop joking

I want to drive around a Go-Kart track for hours and hours now.
