I go back and forth between the two. For games like DMC or GT, the parallel analogs work just fine. For shooters, I can't stand them. I really prefer staggered analogs.
But I think everyone can agree that the 360 triggers are nicer and the DS definitely has a better d-pad, mainly because the 360 d-pad is about the dumbest idea ever conceived for a controller.
