Not sure honestly. What i hate most about the "modern" internet and all these news aggregate sources is it's often a pain in the ass to find some specific information because you end up with 30-100 of the same article in the search engine.
If anything when the case is settled there should be information on how to claim your check... that's how class action stuff works. Technically anyone with an old should be able to collect once it's settled.
I wouldn't though soley because I don't care about Other OS.
Plust it'll probably be like... 5 bucks after all the laywer fees ha.
Could always find the law office responsible and call.
