There's already numerous reports and tests done that people just go through with weapons and never got caught. The entire thing is just security theater.
How do you justify your children getting touched is beyond me. The risk of another 9/11 is zero. People will jump on any terrorist now, i.e. underwear bomber.
The only reason people didn't jump the terrorists prior 9/11 because they didn't think they'd die if they just stay put.
On top of that, the cockpit has been fortified and nobody can enter.
Are you going to let your children get grope by strangers as long as it's in the name of security?
Hey, guess what. The risk of getting hit by a car is much greater than a plane attack. Your children should get feel up by any passing cops just to be safe. Who knows if some terrorist might use your children as mules at some point on the streets, right?
