think AIM for gamers but with game time tracking, VoiP, group chat, quick launch for supported game (minus BF2/2142 because of EA's login screen), clan support, updated to support new games frequently, customizable with different skins, launch into servers previously played from servers tab (minus BF2/2142), favorite servers list, access to database of demos/patches/trailers/etc. All this free.
