I dont think it will be the gamestop and walmart exclusive cases because there still on the 360 page of L A Noire. I think that Rockstar may be announcing something soon day 1 free downloadable content for the ps3 version if they buy it new, like what 2k did with mafia 2. But yeah this sucks cause I was gonna buy it for 360
