I'm not saying he's a hero, but he had to stand up for what he was doing in what he got caught up in, for the good of all consumers.

He saved his own hide by dealing, which wouldn't be a bad thing normally, but he could have struck a positive blow for consumers' rights

Though i suppose we at least got out of this without precedent being set in Sony's favor either, so it's not as treacherous as it could have been
