I'm not going to go out of my way to watch U3 stuff before I play it, but I'm not going to actively avoid seeing stuff either. Mostly I watch stuff over the interwebs on a little wee video window about 1/5 the size of my monitor screen. So it's pretty damned hard to spoil the visual feast. Won't be downloading any 720p trailers or clips off PSN though.
