Actors don't really have the power to do that though. 

I know. Its just crazy how out of whack most of the entertainment industries pay is. But the music industry is in the process of fixing itself and I hope the internet and easy access to quality video/sound recording/editing equiptemnt will do the same to visual media (tv/movies). I dont really blame actors.
