On average, the stars last a lot longer of course. Well the ones that don't suffer horrible career ending injuries.
The way football is setup it's more damaging and brutal then any sport out there... even rugby.
Which is saying something when you consider the padding they wear.
Not to mention the quality of life decrease even if you don't get a bad injury, bad joints, sore legs.
Proffessional football I wouldn't play even for the money.
