I love how pro court case fans were calling for jailtime(which obviously wasnt possible in a civil case), bringing a kid into bankruptcy, death are calling this a win for corporate rights. All he has now is he cannot openly use Sony products. He can still hack whatever he wants(he is pretty bright on the computer side of things), just release his hacks anonymously. He can still own Sony products as long as he doesnt take pictures of them and send a bunch of proof to Sony he is fine.

More than likely someone in Sony got ear of what was happening here and realised that the only way they would win this rediculous case is to throw away more money and outspend hotz, just to get nothing in return(I cant imagine he has that much money).Hotz gets a slap on the wrist and loses the right to openly own Sony products. The real losers in the case are Sony and the people who donated to Hotz. The winners were lawyers.

I know if I were Hotz and still didnt want to take one of the obscenely lucrative computer security jobs being offered to me, I would hack the shit out of NGP

Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.
