why didnt they just bury him?  He had already committed the "crime"...  

If their case was watertight there is no way they would have compromised...  why would they?  for what?

Maybe Sony was afraid of AAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL those donations Geohot was going to get if this case dragged on.  It would of been money well spent, wouldn't you agree?

Dunno.  Why dont you stop being smart (again) and read my posts above and come up with a decent response instead... you know.. for a change.
