The case was to set a legal precedent for future violators. Niether side won... Geohot put less effort in, and came out perfectly fine. 

Hey, I'm a PS3/Wii owner now. Who is open to modding. Who was annoyed by Anon and happy when they stopped. Where I have only seen you side with Sony(and push false information(which can be seen in this thread)) 

again sony won plain and simple, Geohotz knew he had no chance of winning so he caved in and settled, not a complicated end result, it's obvious. and what less effort? He collected money from fans, he acted like an idiot on the net and tv, he did interview after interview..what did sony do? they sued him, and pushed him into a corner where he had to shut his trap and settle.

and LOL hey I Love ps3/psp, I only own ps3/psp/ds now but I do play on all three consoles. I do support other consoles too, for example I do say it's too early to call 3ds doomed etc. You might wanna wait a bit till you jump to conclusions. cuz if I jump to conclusions about you from what I have seen you post, that doesn't paint a pretty picture either. To be frank I couldn't care less what you think of me or what these paranoid bs about 'false' information is...but seriously, hotz lost, he is gonna do exactly what sony wanted him to do from the begining but this time only like a lil bitch with a leash around his neck.
