i hate when peopel argue saying "oh he is fighting for our rights" or "hell no he isn't fighting our rights, he's a douche"
you are both fricken correct. Geohotz coudln't care less about you and I, but what he was being sued for the reprecussions do affect consumer rights. So it don't matter if he is mother teresa or the biggest prick in the world. if sony were to have tacken this to court and won in what was originally brought up. it would have been a sad day for consumers.
