And from what I see we are still allowed to do whatever we want to our PS3s. Geo wasn't sued into oblivion as most of you guys were hoping for. Sony looks like it bowed to the pressures of Anon, as well as losing one of the better PS3 fans(he owned what, like 6 PS3s?) around.

I'm not sure what you are going on about tbh. What did YOU think sony wanted with this case? obviously it wasn't money or anything. They started this case cuz the guy would not leave the ps3 alone, and now he has become a lil bitch who will be raped by law if he does exactly that....sony won. And what pressure by anon? geez. Afaik that situation is under control just fine. If you honestly believe that Hotz even slightly believed that he had a chance in winning he would settle for something like this? Hell No! Sony is the one who put the pressure on the guy from the begining and all the hotz fan and media backing did nothing to change that. He caved in and settled. simple as that.

and yeah losing him as a customer must really hurt sony at this point >_> I'm sure they regret it now alright
