Which from my personal experience has a very corrupt government system that bends to the will of coporations and government officials. I wouldn't want to go up against that. Its pretty risky. But its ok, this will come up again when the next big device is hacked. I just want the DMCA tried in court so hopefully it/or parts of it are ruled uncostitutional. How will it not if taking it all the way might extend the case. He did get what he needed at the time in what... 18 hours? Power to the people right? So how would it have been a slam dunk case if the courts were "fair?"
