I wouldn't worry too much, any place that allow the creation of Shadow of the Collosus after the commercial failure of ICO will respect the artisitc vision of QD. They really have nothing to lose as their IP aren't franchisable properties to begin with. All they'll get is the financial safety net to let there creativity run wild.
