Help a new guy out..(3 general questions on PS3)

1 - Both Uncharteds, Demons Souls, Heavy Rain, GoW 3, Gran Turismo 5, Red Dead Redemption, Batman: AA, Just Cause 2, FF XIII and Valkyria Chrnocles, though I left out some awesome games.

2 - Sorry, can't recommend this.
