Thank you Blizzard. I love you. A decade wait...now make it worth it.
As for new races, the end of Broodwar, the hidden level, hinted at a Zerg-Protoss hybrid, so we'll see. The major point is all the races need to be balanced. Starcraft was perfection in that it had 3 completely unique races with completely unique units, buildings, and abilities, and yet it was balanced. We'll see if they can repeat that.
