A LOT of MGS4 was ruined for me thanks to Konami/Kojima's need to push out trailer after trailer showing surprise characters, boss fights, and Sunny saying, "Her name was Olga." There wasn't much left to get excited for. The same thing with GeoW2 (not quite as bad, though) when they decided to show the LAST LEVEL at E3. Yeah, they were trying to show how awesome the game was but showing the collapsing buildings and the "Maybe we can ride it." line took away from the surprise of riding the Brumack.
I've done a very good job of avoiding all info on Uncharted 3, Batman: Arkham City, Gears of War 2, and Assassins Creed Brotherhood (still have to finish AC2). The only reason I even came to this thread is because I thought it was about Naughty Dog saying U3 was going to be the last in the series--a good idea, think. Uncharted should "leave while it's hot" and remain a legendary series instead of wearing out its welcome, Sonic style.
