Someone who does nothing offers no benefit or suffering for the country. You need someone who would be willing to slay the hydra that is government rather than just let it grow more head.

Nope, I want them to do nothing...unless an ACTUAL hydra attacks our country, in which case I want them to wage war against it and destroy it.

You could always just frighten people into thinking a huge group of hydras IS going to attack America, and you are the only person in the world who knows how to stop them...quite frankly, that is a genius plan.  I wonder what kind of the brain all of my genius thoughts like that occur in.
