Anyhow, sorry for those wishing to see them in jail, but what they are doing now is nothing more and perhaps a lot less than what journalists and paparazzi working for tabloids and gossip mags do every day. When I read it first the news about it, I feared they were targeting low ranking execs, that would have been stalking, but they are actually targeting top execs, that can expect attention, as they are public personalities. Sending pizzas and phoning them to ask about a public case is not stalking.
