Current Age Superman can destroy planets? When did that happen? In Final Crisis it was revealed that Superman has super memory and genius level intelligence, but I have never seen him do martial arts.

In any case, Superman and Goku would both win. They'd meet, they'd be impressed with each others, and be glad that both their powers are used for the good of mankind.
