I think could be 2013. the good question will be what they will redesign appart the battery life?
For me appart that, everything else is fine in my 3DS. Actually if they make it smaller or thiner, it will be hard to carry once open.
Or maybe they can had better cameras down the road with 2 camera inside for 3D video chat. The other option could be that the revision is a 3DS XL.
But we must first concentrate ourselves on the way to entertain people, for video games to live. Else, it's a world where sales representative will win, which has as effect to kill creativity. I want to say to the creators all around the world:"Courage, Dare!". Shigeru Miyamoto.
