You people are on crack.
First off, there are two different Supermen.
The first, pre-1986 (?) Superman would absolutely fucking annihilate Goku because he was INVINCIBLE. Literally, he had unlimited power and could not be stopped without Kryptonite. No contest.
Post-Crisis Superman? Well, that'd be a hell of a fight and it would depend on who got the drop on whom. Still, I'll take Superman. The dude can blow up a planet. That trumps pretty much everything.
