Bill Gates is probably saying that statement in reference to the soon-to-be released Jasper Xbox 360 consoles.

The Jasper console will have a 65nm CPU and a 65nm GPU (main reasons for RRoD were the 90nm GPU).

So its true in a way, but if he is talking about the past and now. He must be smoking that stuff..lol
