At this point in time, I would bet on a port of the Gamecube Rogue Squadren games to the 3DS and/or Wii; possibly as a single package potentially with some additional content.
I could be wrong, but I suspect a lot of companies will port Dreamcast, PS2, Gamecube, XBox, PSP and Wii games to the 3DS in the near future to (essentially) convert some of their existing IP into cashflow; and many of these games could see an additional unit sold for ever $1 to $2 invested (up to a point).
