Sorry to disappoint you, but Sony has EVERY right to go after whoever the hell they want to go after. Anybody can attempt to bring somebody else to court for something they deem to be courtworthy. It is then up to the court to decide if anything should come out of the case.
Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.
