French revolution isn't that thrilling... the era they should have picked was the Richelieu era (the 3 mousquetaires are fiction, but it's still a cape and sword era with a much cooler wardrobe ^^ and plenty of internal frictions in the country (religious purges)).
Anyways, it's Ubi so a french setting is very probable.
