I'm developing a site called Art of War that you'd enjoy if you play Risk. We're building up right now, so the community is small, but new players are definitely welcome. Some of the features I'm bringing to the game are different troop types, much larger maps than other sites, massive multiplayer (20 players per game), and continual development (you'll find a lot of sites stop developing once their site is up and running).
