9.6, I've enjoyed it immensly, not a big fan of the multiplayer as I like more fast paced FPS like COD, but nevertheless the single player had me captivated, however, I've played it after reading the Fall of Reach so there were some inconsistinces in either the book or the game 
, overall I'd say it's a great game with engaging single player, the last climax in particular. Best game ever for me this gen? No. But top 5 for sure. The graphics were top notch too, and I've found myself enjoying both the story and the graphics, neither of which I've particularly enjoyed in Halo 3.
