"If you’re like me, you loved Rez when it came out. Child of Eden is essentially Rez 2. Aside from the beautiful graphics and the addition of a second weapon, it really is the same game, but with one big exception: I cannot stress enough how much more enjoyable Kinect makes this." http://www.vgrevolution.com/2011/03/pax-east-child-of-eden-hands-on/ "This also makes it feel a bit like a rhythm game and at one point I felt like a DJ, scratching the air around me with my arms and making music each time I did it. It was fun, and my forearms really got a good workout." http://www.dualshockers.com/2011/03/12/pax-east-11-child-of-eden-hands-on-impressions/ "I haven’t played Kinect before this hands-on time with Child of Eden since Kinect launched, and maybe I wasn’t as used to it as I should have been. Other than that and the fact that my arm got tired (yes, I’m a baby), the game was a blast to play" http://www.gamesabyss.com/pax-east-201-child-of-eden-hands-on-impressions/ "Running on the Xbox 360 and utilizing the Kinect, Child of Eden was beyond anything I had ever imagined..... I was actually enjoying the satisfying sense of power I felt when using my arms to rid Eden of its corrupted creatures. Child of Eden is a huge win for Microsoft’s peripheral as the radiant shooter takes the Kinect out of the casual gaming mindset and plunks it into an inviting, kaleidoscopic world beyond the likes of Dance Central and Kinect Sports." http://www.gamepro.com/article/previews/218491/pax-east-child-of-eden-preview/ While the TGS build of Eden was impressive in its own right, the PAX build exudes a noticeable amount of polish. The hands-free Kinect controls are much more responsive, and a few new additions and tweaks have been made to the game's core control scheme....Eden is still the most thoughtful and innovative implementation of the Kinect motion-controller that I've experienced, and I can't wait to see how players will respond to it." |
Oh that's not nice!
You ignore my points and then post such nice quotes that would have pretty much made me applaud you 2 posts back.
:)
Ok, cool. So it looks as if it could be really good then. Some of those sites are a little dodgy, but some I will take seriously. Could be a killer app.
