Maybe that is the whole issue here that you guys seem to forget. This is not about sony protecting the PSN as they are not going after anybody that has hacked the PSN. Geohot never did. This is about wether you own the property you buy. I do not even think PSN is mentioned in the lawsuit. So for how bad sony wants to portect the PSN you would think they would go after those that hack it.
