I wouldn't bet on it, but you can't say this is a lie, since it's about the future, not the past or present.

It's a fundamental design flaw - there is not enough space in one unit for all of the components.Even die shrinking can't fix everything; for example, the DVD drive.

You can mitigate, but not remove, the issue.
