Kinect research is finding something new that can be used with Kinect all the time. I think it can be a true statement... how they get percentages though is sort of odd haha

This is just some console bragging nonsense. This makes a lot more sense when it comes to PC yet I don't read someone bragging  such and such game only uses 2 cores of a 4 core processor or use only 1 GB of 4GB. Just because a game only track your head in 2D instead of 6D with TrackIR I don't read some nonsense  that a  game is only using 33% of TrackIR. Some games you only really need is track your head in 2D.

 When it comes down to it Kinect is another controller just like a steering wheel. If I set my wheel rotation to 360 degrees instead of 900 I'm not using only 40% of the wheel , I'm still using the whole wheel.
