I hate to say this, but I dont understand the llongivity of the enjoyment of the wii. I played a few decent games and gave it to my step mom, she quit wii fit. My two step bros who owna 360 and ps3 between them never play the wii. it just sits there with four potential gamers having no interest.

I am just writing this to say I am shocked by anyone that can be amused by the wii alone for more than a year. It only amused me for ABOUT 4 MONTHS AND THAN i REALIZED i HAD PLAYED MOST OF THE GAMES BY nINTENDO ALREADY WORTH PLAYING.

I just can't see enjoyment longevity in that system.

The idea of consoles is to buy new games, if you are getting bored of the ones you own.

Yeah, but when you got a 360 and ps3 you have many options all I am saying is I think the options are less exciting than the other two systems which eventually ltranslates to less sales. Like comparing the wii in 2008 or 2009 to 2011. The other systems just have more options ifor me and my step famalies preferances. Only an anecdote, but I don't care.

Thats pretty much a software preference. For instance I own 44 Wii games and love everyone of them. The only game I find interestng on XBOX is Project Gotham so it would diffently be really dusty by now if I had ever went got one. With PS3 only a handful of games there too. My bother actually does own a PS3 but he just uses it for NETFLIX and to play BLue Ray movies. Granted hes not much of a game player, so im actually not sure why he got it at all.
