Beer Batter: Beer+ 1/2 Plain Flour 1/2 Self Raising, add flour till it is just past a ribbon stage. (Ribbon stage is just when you can pour the batter into itself that it takes a few seconds to blend in, hense you can write a letter in it before it blends)

Must let batter sit for an hour before usage.

Buy Chicken Breast, strip is long ways.

Shallow fry: Is when the oil reaches half way up the item you are cooking, resulting in you must flip the cooking chicken at stages.

Buy Chilli salt anywhere or just blend it up yourself like I do :D (Lotsa spicy herbs+Chilli flakes)

Oh yeah flour the chicken before dipping it in the batter.
