Dear Sir
We are the proprietors of all copyright materials in the thread entitled "The Bard! CD Projekt's new game..." and its affiliated content(s). We have reserved all rights in the Work, which was first expressed in material form on 23:51 GMT, 1st April 2011.
It has come to our attention that your post (on 04:44 GMT, 2nd April 2011 ) from the thread entitled "The Witcher 2: Assassins Of Kings - Hype express train" is identical to our copyrighted Work. Permission was neither asked nor granted to reproduce our Work and your Work therefore constitutes infringement of our rights. In terms of the Copyright Statutes, we are entitled to an injunction against your continued infringement, as well as to recover damages from you for the loss we have suffered as a result of your infringing conduct.
In the circumstances, we demand that you immediately:
1. remove all infringing content and notify us in PM that you have done so;
2. credit all infringing content to ourselves in the following manner: inscribe a penis shape tattoo on your left cheek; dance around naked in front of your parent while reciting Dante Inferno (in Latin); ensure a minimum further delay of one (1) year to the game known as Duke Nukem Forever by any means neccessary;
3. pay a licensing fee in the amount of $10,000,000.00 (USD) to the Emperor of China;
4. immediately cease the use and distribution of copyrighted material; (we will grant you the curtesy of using the word please);
5. deliver-up for destruction all unused or undistributed copies (you must copy and paste the link an *infinity* times as product is electronic and does not constitute theft);
6. undertake in PM to desist from using any of our copyrighted Work in future without prior written authority from us (note that future letter must include in the same envelope a quantity of pure grade hashish no less than 100mg).
