Nope. Though I think my boys (especially my oldest) probably like online play well enough that they'd be willing to pay out of their allowance. And that's fine by me. However I think they'd soon decide it wasn't worth the price and let their online lapse.
It's also why I don't do MMOs.
I wouldn't mind pay to play if the upfront cost of a game was about 1/4 what it is now.
Edit: I also have no objection to publishers charging a one time fee for people who buy used games to pay when they first start to play online.
