No its a thinly veiled swipe at xbox. It is listing every fault that the xbox has ever had... seriously how do you not see the issue in this?

There are dozens of threads that point the fingers at Sony and Ninty also. Its fun to look and see at the mistakes that could hav changed this generation compeletly.
