PS3 Multiplatform - Is the tide turning at last?

I can confirm that Cod4 looks exactly the same on both systems. I own both versions and both consoles. I tried running both on the same tv and flip them over and over by changing input signals and they are the same aside from some different lightings. tested using 1080p resolution BTW.
