Ignoring the ridiculous inaccuracies with the PS2 only having sold some 120m at PS3 launch, 3DS not being priced at 2-3x DS, people "pinning their hopes" on games releasing on 3DS within the year (not 2D Mario), neither having underwhelming hardware, Move being far more along the cycle and next to nobody calling backwards compatibility a main feature... Most of these similarities are rather meaningless. PS3 and Wii both end with an "e" sound - does that mean they're gonna sell similarly, :P?
